All the terms and conditions listed below apply to the use of www.chilli-republic.com. These terms and conditions are in place to protect us as the provider of goods and services and you as the buyer of our goods and services. Please read this document carefully.
1. Website and Use
1.1. www.chilli-republic.com is owned and operated by Chilli Republic and logo and contents are copyright and shall not be copied or used elsewhere.
1.2. You agree as the user of the website to abide by all local, national, and international regulations.
1.3. You agree as the user of the website that you are solely responsible for all acts and omissions that are completed under your usage. This includes your transmissions.
2. Goods and services
2.1. The description of the Services and any Goods is as set out on the Website, catalogues, brochures, or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes and all our products are handmade to order. There may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of any Goods supplied.
2.2. In the case of Services and any Goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate. Refunds will not be issued due to inaccuracy of information from you as the buyer.
2.3. All Services which appear on the Website are subject to availability.
2.4. We can make changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.
3. Delivery
3.1. Delivery charges are clearly specified on checkout.
3.2. All our products are sent via Royal Mail 1st class tracked service and any claims that a product has not been received will be traced. Although Chilli Republic will do what we can to help, if the item tracking states you have received the product it is your responsibility to contact the courier.
3.3. If the courier fails to deliver the order, we will immediately send a replacement on the next working day and a refund will not be issued unless it meets the criteria for exceptional circumstances which is explained in our return policy.
3.4. As the buyer it is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are accurately. If delivery details are entered incorrectly and the product is sent no refund will be issued.
3.4. We use a third party to deliver our product and as so we cannot guarantee the delivery date given will be met due to circumstances out of our control. Please allow up to 5 working days.
3.5. We are within our rights to make adjustments to our product price based on our courier prices.
3.6. Failure to deliver by fault of Chilli Republic will be dealt with either by refund, order fulfilment or order fulfilment with compensation depending on circumstances. This decision will be made by Chilli Republic.
3.7. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
4. Goods price
4.1. The price of goods on the website will be honoured after you have completed your purchase.
4.2. If you make changes to your order, we reserve the right to amend the price.
4.3. It is within our rights to make adjustments to our product prices based on our supplier prices or any new tax and duties.
5. Allergens
5.1. We do not guarantee nut free products. All our products are made in the presence of nuts.
5.2. Whilst allergens are listed on our products, it is your responsibility as the buyer to contact us regarding allergies before purchasing any products. This can be done by contacting us at info@chilli-republic.com
5.3. Chilli Republic does not take any responsibility if your purchase the product without contacting us to discuss your allergies.
6. Storage and Consumption
6.1. As advised on www.chilli-republic.com, our products can be stored in your larder or kitchen cupboard, although our mayo should be refrigerated once opened.
6.2. Any complaints regarding the goods that have not been stored correctly will not be compensated.
6.3. Product should be consumed within time specified in product information section.
7. Promotional codes and discounts
7.1. Chilli Republic reserves the right to remove promotions and discounts from the website at any time.
7.2. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other code unless allowed by Chilli Republic.
7.3. If an item is returned that a promotional or discount code has been applied, the amount refunded will be the discounted rate paid for the product.
8. Amendments
8.1. This policy may be updated at any time.
8.2. It is your responsibility as the buyer to check any updates on this policy.
